WHICH SARS HAS INFECTED TOWER HAMLETS?

IT COULD ONLY HAPPEN IN TOWER HAMLETS.

The Osmani Cenrte in Tower Hamlets has become the contact point for SARS. It is even commissioned by the Tower Hamlets CCG (Clinical Commissioning Group), they are Silver award holders from Investors in Poeple, and are listed as a mindful employer.

Hold on, I hear you saying. What are you on about?

Well let me explain. Although this organisation is basically a medical one, in this case SARS is the abbreviation for ‘Support Advice & Recovery Service’  Not the SARS you expected.

The false SARS

The false SARS

Yes. Not a single person in all of these austere organisations had any idea that SARS was already the well known abbreviation of a medical disease called ‘Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome’, a possibly fatal disease which is being monitored world-wide in the hope of keeping it from our shores.

How could so many so-called clever people be so stupid to call a support service SARS when it has nothing to do with the disease. I was mostly surprised that the august Tower Hamlets CCG were stupid enough not to notice the similarity. Another main supporter is Community Options (who support mental wellbeing).

This mistake is bad enough to force the main supporting body to immediately change this stupidly acronymed groups’ title and it’s printed matter,  for it to be totally revamped, in order to give this body any credulity what-so-ever, particularly as they often refer to their group as SARS inside the front cover of the above leaflet.

What a bunch of wallies.
